The Hillside Apartments is a 4‐family residence and is a three story walk‐up containing a 1‐bedroom and 2‐bedroom apartment with a den on the first floor, a 3‐bedroom apartment on the second floor and a 2‐bedroom apartment on the third floor. Each apartment has one full bath. The apartments range in size from +/‐ 698 sq. ft to +/‐ 1087. All tenants have use of the patio and terrace. There is basement storage. There is no parking on site and a No Smoking and No Pet Policy.

The Hillside Apartments are located in the Town of Eastchester in southern Westchester County. Eastchester is approximately 5 miles south of White Plains and 20 miles north of New York City. 214 Hillside Place is in close proximity to shopping and entertainment along Route 22 (White Plains Rd). Stop & Shop, C‐Town, Trader’s Joe, and Lord & Taylor are among the many stores on Route 22 along with restaurants, pharmacies and banks and professional offices, including medical offices.

The Hillside Apartments are conveniently located between the Bronx River Parkway and the Hutchinson River Parkway. Commuter train service (Metro‐North) south to New York City or to points north of Eastchester in Westchester and Putnam Counties can be boarded at any of the five different train stations in or adjacent to the Town. The Crestwood station on the Harlem Line is 0.39 miles from the site. It is also served by the Bee Line Bus System Route 45 (bus stop is on White Plains Road @ Mill Rd which is 0.03 miles from the apartments) which travels north to White Plains and south through New Rochelle on North Street to Pelham Bay.

The Town includes nine major parks with playing fields, basketball courts and picnic areas. The Townowned Lake Isle Country Club is open to all residents. It has a swimming pool complex with five pools — one for adults, two kiddie pools, an Olympic pool and a diving tank — tennis courts and golf course. The Town operates three day camps, offers youth sports leagues, and special events such as summer concerts and trips for senior citizens.

Students residing at the Hillside Apartments will attend schools in the Eastchester Union Free School District. The District includes The Waverly School Early Childhood Center for K‐1; the Anne Hutchinson Elementary School (second to fifth grades), Middle School and High School. Hospitals nearby include New York‐Presbyterian/Lawrence Hospital in Bronxville, White Plains Hospital Center and Montefiore New Rochelle Hospital.

Eligibility Requirements: In order to qualify for the apartments, household income must be at or below 50 percent and up to 60 percent area median income for Westchester County. See HUD Income Guidelines.
