Selling a fair and affordable home
If you already own one of the county’s fair and affordable homes and are looking to sell it, be sure to understand the guidelines and procedures that must be followed.

Estimate housing and transportation costs
Use the Location Affordability Portal (LAP), a cost calculation tool that allows users to estimate housing and transportation costs for any neighborhood across the country. The tool will help you better understand the combined costs of housing and transportation associated with living in a specific neighborhood and make better-informed decisions about where to live, work, and invest. The tool is provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the U.S. Department of Transportation.
