Landlord Tenant Assistance Program (LTAP)

Eligible Landlords/Owners may receive up to $25,000 per rental unit that qualifies towards needed repairs in exchange for maintaining rent increases at certain levels up to eight units in a single building. View additional information

Westchester County Housing Flex Fund

The Westchester County Housing Flex Fund will help facilitate the development of affordable housing that are shovel ready.  The development must serve households earning at or below 65% of the County Area Median Income.
