Highgarden Tower is located off the New England Thruway/I-95, near Rochelle and Stevenson Parks. The closest supermarket is within half a mile. There is easy access to US Highway 1/Main Street. Also, nearby Highgarden Tower is the New Rochelle public library, clusters of retail locations and restaurants, Montefiore New Rochelle Hospital, and Monroe College.
