West View Apartments is a multi-family 24-story tower building. West View Apartments features 185 newly designed and constructed affordable rental units available by lottery, ready for occupancy starting September 2024.

Rental units are available by lottery to households at or below 60% of Westchester County’s area median income. Available units will consist of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, including units adapted for mobility impairment, or hearing/ vision impairments. Reasonable accommodation and modifications may be requested.

Amenities: Broadband Internet, community room, gym, computer center. Available parking, storage and laundry facilities.

West View Apartments is located off exit 16 of New England Thruway/I-95, and near Hutchinson River Parkway. Access to US Highway 1/Main Street, where you find a number of New Rochelle’s diverse restaurants, local retail stores and businesses. Conveniently within 1 mile radiance is Montefiore New Rochelle Hospital, Shoprite, Regal Roc City, Sky Zone Trampoline Park, Planet Fitness.

Access to the Metro North-Hudson Rail Line( New Haven line) runs to Grand Central Station is within 30 minutes of NYC, and trains run every 15 minutes from New York City to New Rochelle. Amtrak (Northeast Corridor) with connection to New York, Washington and Boston. Bee Line Bus services.
